MB-70
Thermally Insulated Aluminum Window System
High Performance. Modern Design. Versatile Applications.
The MB-70 is a high-performance aluminum window system designed for exterior architectural applications where superior thermal and acoustic insulation is essential. With its sleek design, structural strength, and energy efficiency, it is ideal for both new construction and renovation projects.
Key Features:
- Three-chamber aluminum profiles with thermal breaks, offering structural depths of 2 3/4" (frame) and 3 1/8" (sash).
- Excellent thermal insulation, with Uw values as low as 0.14 BTU/(hr·ft²·°F) * depending on configuration.
- Omega-shaped thermal breaks measuring 1 5/16", made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, enhancing rigidity and drainage.
- Special insulation inserts in the central chamber and between the glass and profile, reducing heat transfer and improving energy efficiency.
- High-quality EPDM gaskets, including a foamed central gasket, ensuring long-term airtightness and resistance to aging.
Glazing Options:
- Supports insulated glass units from 13/16" to 2 1/4" in operable sashes and from 1/2" to 1 7/8" in fixed windows.
- Compatible with both standard and custom double or triple-glazed units.
